Don't forget that in addition to the officer elections, this month we will have the Grotto Auction. Gather up any old caving and outdoor gear and bring it to the meeting. Other items may be brought as well, as long you think someone might bid on it. Also, don't forget your cash or checkbook! Proceeds will benefit the grotto treasury.
When: Thursday, December 17th, 7 PM

The grotto Christmas party will be held on FRIDAY, December 18 at 7pm at the home of Mark Hobbs. We will also have a "white elephant" gift swap. Bring a gift of around $10 value to swap.
You may also bring an appetizer or dessert, if you wish.

The January 2010 Executive meeting will be held on Thursday, January 7th at 7pm at the home of Jody Bailey. The Executive Meeting is open to all grotto members and usually involves setting up trips for the upcoming month and other grotto business, along with good food and drink.
