Nashville Grotto will be holding our next cave clean-up at Lost Creek Cave in Sparta, TN on Sunday, April 18th, 2010.
Meet at Shoney's off Donelson Pike and I-40
Join us for breakfast at 8:00, or arrive in time to leave by 9:00 am.
Bring gloves, sturdy shoes, warm clothes, helmet, and a pack with water and snacks.
Trash bags will be provided.

The SERA Karst Task Force and the Sewanee Mountain Grotto will be working on the Russell Cave Watershed restoration project again. For the past 4 years we have worked our way down the watershed and have removed over 50 tons of debris. We still have 3/4 of a mile of roadway to clean.

Aimee Roosenberg and Joey Stuckey will be leading a clean-up trip to Indian Grave Point Cave, Dekalb County, TN. This is a horizontal cave with some minor climbing, some trash to pick up and graffiti removal. Meeting at 8:00 a.m. at the McDonalds at the Hwy 109 exit on I-40 (east of Nashville).
