The grotto Christmas party will be held on FRIDAY, December 18 at 7pm at the home of Mark Hobbs. We will also have a "white elephant" gift swap. Bring a gift of around $10 value to swap.
You may also bring an appetizer or dessert, if you wish.

Grotto Holiday Party/Exec meeting, FRIDAY, December 5, 7 pm

The December Executive meeting will be held on FRIDAY, December 5 (note different night) at 7pm at the home of Mark Hobbs. This will be a combination holiday party and business meeting. We will also have a "white elephant" gift swap. Bring a gift of around $10 value to swap.
The Executive Meeting is open to all grotto members and usually involves setting up trips for the upcoming month and other grotto business, along with good food and drink.
We will also be planning for the 2009 SERA Cave Carnival.

Exec. Committee Meeting and Grotto Christmas Party, Thursday, December 20
The December Executive meeting will be held on Thursday, December 20 at 7pm at the home of Hal and Lisa Love in the Whites Creek area of Nashville. The Executive Meeting is open to all grotto members and usually involves setting up trips for the upcoming month and other grotto business, along with good food and drink. Please bring food to share.
In addition to the usual, we will be having a party. Everyone is encouraged to bring a “dirty Santa” gift ($10 gift limit) to exchange.
